I am a fully accredited health coach with a deep passion for health and wellness and offer my clients personalised coaching, education and support. I am also a Mental Health First Aider. It was through trying to find answers to my own health issues experienced with the menopause that led me to become a health coach, inspired to want to help others. Now I help guide others through this pivotal time and all stages of life, helping them to feel happier, healthier and more grounded. I have lived in East Grinstead for over 20 years and am also a Trustee for Age UK East Grinstead and District and a volunteer and fundraiser for Jigsaw, the children’s bereavement charity.
