Jigsaw South East is a child bereavement charity supporting children and young people aged 4–18 across West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey and parts of Kent from our base at East Court in the heart of East Grinstead. We offer free, specialist support to those facing or coping with the death of a loved one, helping them navigate grief with care, understanding and compassion. Our specially trained Support Workers provide tailored, one-to-one help to build emotional resilience and healthy coping strategies. We help bereaved and soon to be bereaved children feel seen, supported and understood both now and in the future. Our mission is that no child should have to face bereavement alone.
