S4B was founded in 2008 through a growing gap in the Market for a secure shredding service in the South East in general. Mike Potts identified small to medium companies were not receiving the service that larger companies enjoyed and made it a mission to provide an affordable service with compromising confidentiality.
Ensuring you always receive a trusted, reliable and accountable service is the number one priority for S4B. All of S4B’s personnel are security checked. They have a ten-year background check with vetting to BS7858. However, if you have additional security requirements, please don’t hesitate to discuss them with us.
Each member of our team carries visible ID and wears an S4B uniform. You will be assigned your own nominated S4B operative and on those rare occasions when he is not able to collect your unwanted documentation, for example during holiday periods, we’ll let you know which other team member is taking over.
Your documentation is kept, prior to being shredded, in our warehouse which is a secure and fully alarmed.
