Imberhorne Lane housing development – public consultation

Vistry South East is bringing forward a Reserved Matters planning application for a development of 550 new homes at Land West of Imberhorne Lane. The proposals include 165 affordable homes, land for a new two-form entry primary school, a 150-bed care village, sports facilities, and a new 40-hectare country park. This development follows the site’s allocation in Mid Sussex District Council’s Site Allocations DPD (Policy SA20) and recent outline planning application.
As part of Vistry’s commitment to transparent and early engagement with the local community, they are holding an online public consultation to present our proposals and invite local feedback.
The public consultation website went live on 16th July and is open until 7th August, via the dedicated project website, www.vistryeastgrinstead.co.uk.
This project website contains a lot of information about the site, with plans and timeline for the build, and will remain open to view after the consultation closes.
