“In line with our Trust Strategy, the Hospital is keen to keep playing an active role in local social and economic development to improve community health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities.
“A key aspect of this commitment is ensuring that local businesses are aware of opportunities to work with the Trust and participate in our procurement activities.
“We are therefore pleased to inform you that the Trust is about to launch a procurement exercise for the provision of Minor Works Maintenance and Repairs Services. Earlier today, we published a national advertisement inviting interested suppliers to attend a Supplier Information Day, on site, on Tuesday 1 December 2026.
Register to attend by 26 November by emailing qvh.procurement@nhs.net with your company name, attendee(s) name(s), email address and contact number.

- An overview of the upcoming procurement opportunity.
- How to register and access our procurement portal.
- Guidance on submitting a compliant and competitive tender.
- An opportunity to ask questions about the procurement process.
